BUFFALO AIRPORT PICKUP AND DROP OFF TERMS:

The Fares Mentioned in Buffalo Airport Limo Price List are in Canadian Dollars
13% HST (TAX) and Driver’s Gratuity is not included in the above Buffalo Airport Limo Price List.
407 ETR (Electronic Toll Route) if used will be charged extra as per actual usage.
Bridge Toll of $ 11.00 for Sedans and SUVs, $ 26.00 Stretch Limos and Vans will be charged on top of the above mentioned fares.
Pickups from YYZ (Toronto Pearson Airport Terminals) are subject to an Airport pickup fee charged by the Toronto Pearson Airport authorities. $ 18.00 for Sedans and SUVs – $ 30.00 for Stretch Limos, SUV limos and $ 60.00 14 Passenger Vans and Limo buses.
Stops allowed on your way to and from Buffalo Airport for coffee or use of washroom along the highway:

Travel time from 45 minutes to 2 hours (1 free stop)
Travel time from 2 Hour to 4 hours (2 free stops)
Travel time from 4 hours and more (3 free stops)
One stop for 10 minutes is included at the Duty Free for your trip to and from Buffalo Airport.

Waiting charge at the Airport:

There is no waiting charge if your flight is delayed for any reason when you book a service from Buffalo Airport as the delay is beyond your control.

Waiting charge from a Location or Home:

First 10 Minutes of waiting has no extra charge however after that there is charge of $ 20.00 per every 15mintutes (for sedans and SUVs) and $ 40.00 per every 15minutes (for Stretch Limos and Passenger Vans) will be charged after the 1st 10 Minutes if the driver has to wait at your home or given address while heading to the Airport.

Border crossings:

There is no extra charge for waiting time at the bridges if there are traffic delays; however there will be an extra charge for waiting if the passengers are asked to head for additional documentation or secondary screening.
Charges: 1st 30 minutes wait for documentation at the border is FREE. After the 1st 30 minutes there will be a charge of $ 20.00 for every 15 minutes of wait time.

Cancellation and refund policy:

If you cancel your trip 48 hours before the pickup time there is no cancellation charge.
Between 48 hours and 24 hours of your pickup time 30% of the fare + Tax will be charged
Between 24 Hours to 12 hours of your pickup time 50% of the fare + Tax will be charged
Less than 12 hours of your pickup time/ No shows / Last minute cancellations – 100% of the fare + Tax will be charged.

Last Minute flight changes or change in pickup time(Less than 3 hours of your pickup time) are subject to a rescheduling fee. 50% of the fare will be charged for making these changes.
